Refund policy

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging to be eligible for a return.

Non-Returnable Items
Items that are used, damaged, or not in original condition may be refused.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will resolve the issue promptly.
